Elastic Teams is hiring a Technical Recruitment Specialist that knows how to source and recruit top technical talent. We are looking for a recruiter with full-cycle recruitment experience - sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Design job descriptions and job specifications
- Collaborate with development teams to compile solid and consistent job requirements
- Conduct recruitment tasks from research, sourcing, interviewing, negotiation and onboarding
- Sourcing candidates through various online services and social media platforms
- Assessing the technical and interpersonal skills of applicants
- Conducting on-site and remote interviews
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and rules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or equivalent discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and decision-making ability
- Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- Familiar with technical roles associated with software development
